9th Annual Wine Tasting Dinner

Our 9th Annual Wine Tasting Dinner was a Huge Success!

We raised over $24,000 to support the great work of Mary's Place By The Sea

At our July 18th meeting we presented Mary's Place with a check for $24,238.  From the left are Jeff Bassett, past president and event MC; Maria McKeon of Mary's Place; Gail Matarazzo, Wine Tasting Dinner Chairwoman; Bob Johnson, immediate past president who selected Mary's Place to receive all the net proceeds from the wine tasting; and Penny McDaniel, current club president.

Mary's Place, located in historic Ocean Grove, NJ, provides a retreat for women with cancer to help heal their mind, body and soul.  Thank you to all who attended, donated, and participated to make this year's tasting a great success.  For these hard times, it was one of our best Wine Tasting Dinners.  For more information on the wonderful ministry and work of Mary's Place visit their website at Mary's Place By The Sea.
