We took a field trip and were warmly greeted by the staff of PL Customer Emergency Vehicles. Jane Smock, CEO, and Debbie Thompson, President took the time from their busy schedules to share with us the history of this family-run business. Dividing into three groups, we were given the “short tour” for a better understanding of how an emergency vehicle is assembled.
