Welcome
I joined Rotary 10 years ago, and it has become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. For my first two years, I was the friendly face at the front desk, welcoming members and guests each week. It turned out to be the perfect way to get to know everyone and feel like part of the Rotary family.
Professionally, I own Finding Spaces, a business that helps seniors transition into independent living communities. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families during what can be an emotional life change and help make the process a little easier.
One of the things I love most about Rotary is our commitment to veterans and first responders. Being involved in projects that honor their service has been especially meaningful to me and reminds me why I joined Rotary—to make a difference in our community.
When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll probably find me reading, traveling, spending time with family, or hula hooping. Yes…hula hooping! I’ve even been crowned hula hoop champion a few times, so if Rotary ever adds that as a service project, I’m ready.
Rotary has given me wonderful friendships, countless opportunities to serve, and a real sense of purpose. My advice to new members is simple: find what you’re passionate about, jump in, and don’t be afraid to get involved. You never know where it might lead—or who you’ll meet along the way.
